We will help you build your own network of talent that you can negotiate and work with directly. There are no hourly mark-ups on our behalf. All freelance fees are fixed either on a per-person, a monthly, or an hourly basis. In addition all fulltime buyout fees are a standard flat fee and not tied to a candidate's salary. It's magic really!
By helping you grow your own talent pool, you will have the abilty to scale up on a moment's notice and control costs.
